Senior Bridge and Civil Structures Engineer
The Opportunity
- Design structural elements and lead design work on defined tasks under the supervision of a project director.
- Prepare and review drawings detailing the systems designed.
- Develop analysis models and calculations (including scripting, code writing).
- Report writing.
- Project management of single or multidiscipline projects, leading local and regional design teams.
- Management of client interface.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in practice in bridge and/or heavy infrastructure concrete and steel design and engineering.
- Experience working with agencies in the Tri-State area and/or on complex bridge projects is considered an asset.
- PE designation is desired.
- Collaboration demands strong communication skills and excellent planning and organizational abilities, which are vital for our fast-paced setting.
- Must be highly motivated, proactive, and willing to tackle new challenges.

New York Hiring Range – Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary.
