Key Responsibilities
- Design domain-relevant marketing tasks spanning brand strategy, growth, and campaign reasoning, and author accurate, rubric-aligned reference solutions grounded in real-world practice.
- Evaluate LLM outputs against structured scoring criteria, delivering clear written assessments of correctness, reasoning quality, and professional judgment.
- Develop and refine evaluation rubrics and guidelines specific to marketing disciplines, ensuring internal consistency across training data.
- Identify and close knowledge gaps for research and engineering teams in areas including brand positioning, performance marketing, and campaign logic.
- Collaborate with fellow subject matter experts to maintain accuracy, calibration, and quality standards across the evaluation corpus.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on marketing experience at a top-tier brand or agency (e.g., P&G, Unilever, Nike, Ogilvy, WPP, Omnicom, or equivalent), with demonstrated career progression to senior or director-level scope.
- Prior experience evaluating LLM or automation model outputs against structured rubrics mandatory; applicants must describe this experience directly in their submission.
- Deep functional command across at least two marketing disciplines: brand strategy, growth marketing, performance marketing, or integrated campaign planning.
- Ability to translate practitioner judgment into precise, written evaluations suitable for model training use cases.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to assessing reasoning quality, not just factual accuracy.
Additional Strengths
- Background in developing internal standards, playbooks, or scoring frameworks within a marketing function.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical or product teams in a structured, documentation-heavy environment.
