Job Summary

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to define and elevate a global brand within the rapidly evolving ecommerce and technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of brand strategy, helping define market positioning and strengthen the company’s reputation as an industry leader.

  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build scalable brand programs that drive awareness, trust, and business growth.

  • Create and execute integrated brand campaigns around major industry moments, product launches, and strategic events.

  • Develop and own the brand narrative, positioning, and messaging strategy across earned, owned, and paid channels.

  • Build thought leadership programs and executive communications that establish strong market perspectives and industry authority.

  • Manage public relations strategy, including agency partnerships, media relations, analyst engagement, speaking opportunities, and earned media initiatives.

  • Partner with content teams to develop flagship research, reports, and campaigns that reinforce category leadership.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to evolve brand identity, messaging frameworks, and scalable systems for content production.

  • Establish brand measurement frameworks and track key indicators such as awareness, share of voice, sentiment, branded search growth, and earned reach.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand expression across all customer touchpoints.

  • Use market insights, customer feedback, and performance data to continuously refine brand strategies and investments.

Requirements

  • An experienced brand marketing professional with a strong background in building category narratives, managing integrated campaigns, and influencing market perception.

  • Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen company positioning and market recognition.

  • Strong public relations and earned media experience, including managing agencies, journalists, analysts, and industry influencers.

  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels.

  • Experience creating thought leadership content, executive communications, and strategic messaging for senior leaders.

  • Ability to build scalable brand systems, including messaging frameworks, positioning guidelines, and communication strategies.

  • Data-driven approach with experience measuring brand performance through metrics such as awareness, sentiment, share of voice, and engagement.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering across marketing, product, sales, and executive teams.

  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and succeed in a high-growth, evolving environment.

  • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, technology, or related industries is strongly preferred.
