Senior Brand Designer
About the role
The Senior Designer at TRM Labs is responsible for owning the visual craft that TRM's brand depends on. This includes creating and maintaining a scalable design system, leading design for flagship brand moments, and ensuring all marketing assets are on-brand, defensible, and appropriate for TRM's high-scrutiny customer base.
Responsibilities
- Own the production and final quality review of all brand touchpoints, including social campaigns, digital advertising, event identities, and executive decks.
- Use AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway to generate concept variations and accelerate production of routine assets.
- Lead design for conference identities, hero product launch campaigns, and major customer-facing activations.
- Build and maintain a scalable Figma component library and template system for Growth, PMM, and Sales teams.
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales on creative briefs, translating strategic objectives into visual systems that work across multiple channels.
- Art-direct contractor and agency outputs to ensure brand consistency on work produced outside the design function.
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing or brand design experience with a portfolio showcasing high-production-quality work across campaigns, events, and digital.
- Demonstrable AI fluency: using tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway as a core part of generating concepts and accelerating production.
- Proven ability to own the full design stack, including social, digital advertising, presentation design, event creative, and branded print across multiple channels and concurrent deadlines.
- Strong brand instincts: knowing immediately when something is off-brand and having the confidence to address it.
- Experience designing in a fast-moving environment where delivery speed matters as much as craft quality.
- Self-directed and proactive: taking briefs and producing creative directions without waiting for someone to tell you exactly what to make.
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating high-production-quality work across campaigns, events, and digital.

- Experience with project management tools (Notion, Slack)
