About the role
The Senior Brand Designer will lead the evolution of Rythm's visual brand across all customer touchpoints. This role involves developing and refining brand systems, creating world-class creative assets, and ensuring a consistent and elevated brand experience across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of Rythm's visual brand across every customer touchpoint.
- Develop and refine brand systems, including typography, color palettes, photography direction, iconography, layout principles, and visual guidelines.
- Create world-class creative assets across digital, web, social, print, packaging, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across every channel.
- Establish and maintain scalable brand standards that enable the company to grow while remaining visually cohesive.
- Art direct photoshoots and collaborate with photographers, videographers, illustrators, and other creative partners.
- Explore new creative directions while maintaining a clear and recognizable brand identity.
- Provide creative direction and feedback across internal and external design projects.
- Stay current on emerging design trends while maintaining a timeless, premium aesthetic.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual identity, or creative direction.
- Experience working at a leading branding agency and/or building consumer brands in-house.
- Exceptional portfolio proving expertise in brand identity systems, typography, logo design, color, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, photography direction, and brand systems.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Able to think strategically while executing at an exceptionally high creative standard.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for creating thoughtful, beautiful work that elevates every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in consumer, wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, or technology brands is a plus.
Skills
- Exceptional taste, strong creative instincts, and an obsessive attention to detail.
- Understanding how to build brands that people remember.
