Responsibilities
- Develop visual brand strategies that align with business goals
- Evolve brand guidelines and establish visual systems across projects
- Conceptualize and design high-converting marketing materials across channels
- Collaborate with stakeholders and present creative concepts effectively
- Manage project deadlines and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across projects
- Guide and mentor team members through design critiques
Qualifications
- 10+ years of visual design experience with a focus on branding and performance marketing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital design projects
- Understanding of brand identities, digital marketing, and performance marketing metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

$130,000 – $150,000 annually
