What You’ll Do
- Elevate our brand presence across key surfaces including social media, integrated campaigns, out-of-home, growth experiments, and branded content.
- Support and refine the company’s visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all channels and applications.
- Design creative assets for campaigns, launches, social, web, presentations, and email.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and produce storytelling-driven visuals that communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class creative work.
- Push creative boundaries while keeping work aligned with strategic business goals.
- Have strong design taste and clear judgment. Be able to show work, get decisions made, and turn ideas into business impact through excellent execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand design with agencies or in-house teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, high-quality design work across a range of mediums.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, you sweat the small stuff to make every piece feel intentional and refined.
- A strategic mindset with an understanding of how design impacts business and brand perception.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Bonus points: Experience with AI visual creation tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, etc.), prototyping and web building tools (Figma Make, Sanity, etc.), motion and animation tools (After Effects, Jitter, etc.), and experience working on both B2B and B2C brands.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $147,000 - $187,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
