Senior Brand Designer
The Role
Lead the development and evolution of Snoonu’s visual identity and sub-brands across typography, color, and graphic systems.
Own and maintain clear, scalable brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
Translate business and product needs into strong, effective visual solutions in collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership.
Drive brand concepts and campaigns from idea to final execution.
Design and oversee production of offline materials, including packaging, merchandise, print, and environmental assets, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
Manage external partners and production processes end-to-end.
Ensure consistency across all outputs and continuously elevate the quality of the brand.
Improve design systems, workflows, and asset organization.
Support and guide designers through feedback and direction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand design.
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end identity work across multiple touchpoints.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual systems.
- Experience using AI tools in the design process.
- Ability to clearly present and defend design decisions.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
- Freshman English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building brand systems at scale.
- Understanding of print production and physical brand assets.
- Experience working with motion or 3D teams.
- Background in e-commerce, fast-growing startups or consumer products.
