What You'll Be Doing
- Own all day-to-day bookkeeping (QuickBooks is your jam)
- Reconcile bank & credit card statements like a boss
- Manage A/P and A/R
- Keep our financial records squeaky clean
- Support month-end close and financial reporting
- Help us improve systems and scale with confidence
Required
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or financial admin experience
- Strong experience with QuickBooks
- Impeccable attention to detail
- High integrity + discretion with confidential info
- Great communication and time management
- Ability to work independently (but also be a team player)
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Rippling or payroll prep
- Familiarity with financial forecasting
- Experience in online/service-based businesses
- A systems-builder mindset

Pay
$50,000–$70,000/year (depending on experience)
