Senior Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting for multiple clients
• Maintain accurate financial records and deliver recurring financial statements
• Support client communications and respond to routine accounting inquiries
• Cook accounting workflows with internal team members and support resources
• Utilize accounting technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• 4+ years of bookkeeping, CAS, outsourced accounting, or public accounting experience
• Strong experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
