Senior Bioprocessing Associate, Drug Product

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality production processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Maintain and improve production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets
• Manage personnel within the manufacturing department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing strategies
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to manufacturing operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management
• Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing facilities
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing is preferred
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
