Senior Process Engineer, Drug Product Development

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing procedures and quality control measures.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Monitor production output and identify areas for optimization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Remote work is not available.

Hybrid work arrangements are considered for candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance of our headquarters.
