Senior Bioprocess Development Scientist – Biopharmaceuticals

Role: Senior Biotechnologist Responsibilities Lead the design, optimization, and scale-up of biologics and advanced therapy processes in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.Develop robust upstream and downstream bioprocesses to ensure efficient production.Drive technology transfer into GMP manufacturing and support process characterization, validation, and regulatory submissions.Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.Champion data-driven, Quality by Design (QbD) approaches to process development.Mentor and guide scientists to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.Ensure safety, quality, and patient-focused outcomes are prioritized in all projects.
