Senior Bioprocess Development Scientist

Role: Senior Biotechnologist Responsibilities: Lead the design, optimization, and scale-up of biologics and advanced therapy processes within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. Develop robust upstream and/or downstream bioprocesses, facilitate technology transfer into GMP manufacturing, and support process characterization, validation, and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, champion data-driven and QbD-based approaches, and mentor scientists. Ensure safety, quality, and patient-centric outcomes in all projects.
