Senior BIM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed structural models using Revit and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of structural elements.
• Perform quality assurance checks on models to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for project deliverables, including drawings, reports, and specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of structural principles and materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with structural analysis software.
