Senior BIM & Design Systems Coordinator

About the role

As a Senior BIM & Design Systems Coordinator at Foster + Partners, you will lead projects in line with the Foster & Partners BIM & Design Systems standards and strategy. The role acts as a senior point of contact for BIM related activities within project teams, responsible for ensuring the delivery team is optimised for working in Revit, associated design technologies, workflows, and for delivery of coordinated models, data, reports and other related project documentation.

What you will do

• Lead project teams and manage BIM workflows across multiple studios.
• Organise, configure and maintain complex Revit projects.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards, procedures and best practices.
• Provide technical support for Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and related applications.
• Mentor colleagues in design systems and digital project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium or large projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, including clash detection.
• A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Confidence using various media to develop and document design projects.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Desirable skills

• Experience with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V‑Ray, Bluebeam or BIM360.
