Senior Billing Specialist (Legal)

This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal billing professional who enjoys managing complex billing portfolios and partnering directly with attorneys in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle legal billing from proformas through invoice submission
• Managing complex domestic and international billing matters
• Electronic billing, LEDES files, accruals, reporting, and billing analysis
• Researching and resolving billing issues and e-billing rejections
• Partnering closely with attorneys and finance teams
• Mentoring junior billing team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of law firm legal billing experience
• Strong experience with complex billing and e-billing
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Elite/3E or Aderant
• Experience with eBillingHub, BillBlast, or similar e-billing platforms is a plus
