Senior Beverage Director - Castaway Burbank

About the role

The Senior Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all beverage programs across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of beverage programs including bar staff training and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement new beverage concepts and menu items based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure seamless integration of beverage and food offerings.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to optimize costs and maintain stock freshness.
• Conduct regular audits of beverage standards and make necessary adjustments to improve service and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, beverage management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing beverage programs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cocktail recipes and spirits.
• Experience with bar management software and inventory systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
