Senior Benefits Specialist

We are partnering with a highly respected client in New York City that is seeking an experienced Sr. Benefits Specialist to join its Well-being and Benefits team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the administration, enhancement, and delivery of employee benefits and well-being programs within a large, complex organization. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support U.S. employee benefits programs, including:Medical, dental, and vision plansFamily-building and family support benefitsEmployee well-being initiatives and programsManage relationships with third-party benefits vendors and partners.Lead and support annual open enrollment processes and employee communications.Assist with benefits renewals, plan evaluations, and program enhancements.Handle escalated employee benefits issues and inquiries.Partner with internal stakeholders, HR colleagues, legal counsel, and vendors to ensure effective program administration and compliance.Support the implementation of new benefits and well-being programs from concept through execution.Monitor compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee experience, and program effectiveness.QualificationsApproximately 5+ years of dedicated benefits administration experience.Strong experience managing:Open enrollmentVendor managementBenefits renewalsComplianceEmployee escalationsProgram administrationExperience implementing and supporting employee well-being programs.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
