Senior Benefits Administrator

Job Title: Senior Benefits Administrator Location: Whippany, New Jersey (On-Site) Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Senior Benefits Administrator opportunity focused on benefits administration, leave management, and 401K support. Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional who can support employees, coordinate with third-party providers, and help keep core benefits processes running smoothly. Responsibilities Support benefits administration activities including new hire enrollments, open enrollment, and qualified life events.Respond to inquiries received through the benefits mailbox and provide guidance during claims or enrollment processes.Manage carrier billing, review supporting documents for 401K requests, and escalate technical or 401K issues as needed.Work with carrier contacts, concierge services, and the vendor to help resolve benefits and Cobra-related issues. Required Bachelor’s degree required.5–7 years of administrative experience in benefits.Knowledge of benefits and retirement plan administration, including leave management and 401K support.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Org Plus.Strong communication, analytical, organizational, prioritization, customer-service, multitasking, and confidentiality skills.English language skills: speak, read, and write.
