Senior Benefit Analyst

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to clients, producers, and client relationship managers on new and renewal accounts.
- Manage quotes, carrier proposals, and applications until all materials for client and agency commissions are received.
- Prepare marketing, renewal worksheets, and contribution worksheets.
- Coordinate with carriers on final plan/rates/commissions, requesting confirmed enrollment materials and submission of completed carrier forms.
- Produce monthly client claims reports.
- Prepare termination letters to carriers upon producer approval.
- Process enrollments if applicable with respective carriers.
- Review contracts, policies, booklets, and bills for accuracy.
- Maintain group specific hard copy and electronic files in chronological sequence for renewals, new business, recap of meeting notes.
- Update Outlook and the agency management system with any changes in contact information.
- Contribute to enhancement of client services/sales, be well-informed, and maintain a familiarity with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in employee benefits.
- Life/Health license required and commitment to attend product workshops and related seminars.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational, project management, interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
