Senior BDR

Nautilus is the AI native all-in-one platform for the car wash industry. We're the fastest-growing and most advanced tech company in car wash. The bar in this industry has historically been low, and we're here to raise it. We ship software that operators actually love, and it shows: we have the highest revenue per headcount of any team in the space, and the industry's most respected customers on our roster. Our product covers marketing, automations, payments, AI agents, reporting, infrastructure and a lot more. Operators want what we've built, and we need more of them to hear about it. This isn't an entry-level BDR role; we're looking for a proven top performer who has already built pipeline at a B2B software company. You'll own the top of our funnel: researching operators and multi-location chains, running cold calls, email and LinkedIn, working inbound and trade show leads, and booking demos with the founding team. You'll help write the outbound playbook the next reps run. We're hiring Senior BDRs. Compensation is $90K-$120K base with uncapped commission ($170K-$210K OTE), plus equity on a standard 4-year vest.
