Role: Battery Management System Engineer responsible for delivering engineering assignments, designing vehicle electrical/electronics infrastructure, and integrating battery-related software. Key Duties: Manage projects by breaking down concepts, develop electrical and software specifications, troubleshoot system issues, perform testing and verification, and collaborate with suppliers. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum associate degree in engineering or related STEM field; 3+ years in automotive or similar industry. Effective communicator, relationship builder, problem solver, proficient with relevant software, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Workstyle: Onsite with possible remote day, domestic travel (:10%), flexibility for overtime. Additional: Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
