Senior BAS/HVAC Controls Installer
About the role
We are a well-established mechanical contracting firm with nearly 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive solutions across a wide range of commercial and institutional projects. We offer services including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, sheet metal, building automation systems, and ongoing maintenance.
As a Controls Installer on our team, you will be responsible for the physical installation, wiring, conduit, system setup, and point-to-point checks for BAS/HVAC control systems. This role will provide a career transition to a BAS/Controls Specialist.
Responsibilities
The Controls Installer will be responsible for the physical installation, wiring, conduit, system setup, and point-to-point checks for BAS/HVAC control systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Building automation/HVAC controls experience
- 2+ years of BAS/DDC/HVAC Controls installation experience
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms; Schneider Electric, Distech, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Tridium Niagara
Nice to have: BAS programming experience, Systems Integration, Tridium Niagara N4 certification, Johnson Controls systems or Distech BACnet communication

Pay
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
