Senior Backend Engineer- Trading Platform(Go/Rust)

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Design and implement the core infrastructure platform supporting our US securities trading system.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex trading requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize for Performance: Continuously refine code and system architecture to achieve micro-millisecond latency and high throughput, ensuring traders have a competitive edge.
• Ensure Resilience: Maintain and improve system stability and high availability through robust monitoring and failover strategies.
• Modernize: Contribute to evolving our tech stack, advocating for best practices in systems programming and infrastructure-as-code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Proven professional experience with Rust, or expertise in Go or C++ willing to learn Rust in a production environment.
• Experience with Linux internals, performance profiling, and debugging complex distributed systems.
• An innovative mindset with a "built-to-last" philosophy, fast learner, and keen on staying ahead in a rapidly changing tech landscape.
• Bonus points for deep experience with Functional Programming and prior experience in the financial or trading industry.
