Requirements
- Experience supporting administrative operations, handling detailed documentation, and working with healthcare-related data or claims processes.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
- Working knowledge of industry standards, processes, and administrative best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess accuracy, completeness, and quality of assigned work.
- Flexibility to participate in meetings and workflows supporting an international organization and different time zones.
- Healthcare experience, including medical billing or provider reimbursement experience, preferred.
