Administrative Assistant
About the role
Serve as the first point of contact: answer calls, manage messages, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front office.
Manage client records, schedules, and documentation.
Support administrative and clinical teams with training, meetings, audits, and office supplies.
Ensure staff compliance with certifications, credentials, and company policies.
Track and maintain key data, schedules, and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities

- Track and maintain key data, schedules, and spreadsheets.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of office experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Customer service-oriented with professional demeanor and composure.
- Knowledge of ABA or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bilingual preferred: Spanish or Chinese.
Qualifications
