This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex audits in accordance with standards and timelines
- Contribute to planning, risk assessment, and execution of audit activities
- Manage communications with stakeholders, senior management, and external auditors
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend operational efficiency improvements
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on integrated policy implementation
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required
- 10+ years of relevant experience in audit, preferably in banking
- Strong Internal Auditor background with AML/BSA/Testing/CoE experience
- Relevant professional certifications (CAMS and/or CIA preferred)
- Experience as a Formal People Manager with strong stakeholder relations

Pay
$119,110 – $193,550 annually
