Senior Audit Manager (US) - Financial Crimes

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex audits in accordance with standards and timelines
  • Contribute to planning, risk assessment, and execution of audit activities
  • Manage communications with stakeholders, senior management, and external auditors
  • Identify control weaknesses and recommend operational efficiency improvements
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on integrated policy implementation

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in audit, preferably in banking
  • Strong Internal Auditor background with AML/BSA/Testing/CoE experience
  • Relevant professional certifications (CAMS and/or CIA preferred)
  • Experience as a Formal People Manager with strong stakeholder relations

Pay

$119,110 – $193,550 annually
