About the Team

The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services, accounting, and consulting on applying accounting principles. Professionals in this team demonstrate deep specialization through an understanding of market and business challenges clients face, with a dedication to audit quality. Audit & Assurance is one of Crowe’s largest practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive, long-term partnerships.
• Lead multiple engagement teams and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Anticipate and address client concerns, resolving problems as they arise.
• Promote new ideas and business solutions that extend services to existing clients.
• Stay current with the latest developments in accounting standards, firm policies, and industry trends affecting clients’ competitive positions.
• Supervise and instruct engagement team members on completing assigned tasks.
• Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, acting ethically and with integrity at all times.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience in external audit working with Government clients.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting/auditing skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, staff at all levels, and colleagues.
• Experience supervising engagement team members and multitasking across planning, executing, and wrapping up engagements.
• Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal license for that state.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

Pay

The wage range for this role is $120,900.00 - $254,900.00 per year, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
