About the Team

The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services, accounting guidance, and consulting on applying accounting principles. Professionals in this team demonstrate deep specialization, a strong understanding of market and business challenges, and a dedication to audit quality. Audit & Assurance is one of Crowe’s largest practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships across a variety of clients to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Lead multiple engagement teams and provide performance feedback to team members at the conclusion of engagements.
  • Anticipate and address client concerns, resolving problems as they arise.
  • Promote new ideas and business solutions that extend services to existing clients, fostering creativity and expertise.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in accounting standards, firm policies, and industry trends affecting clients’ competitive positions.
  • Supervise and instruct engagement team members on completing assigned tasks.
  • Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, acting ethically and with integrity at all times.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
  • Experience working with Non-Profit and Higher Education clients.
  • Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting/auditing skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple engagements and teams concurrently.
  • Professional interaction with clients, prospects, staff at all levels, and colleagues.
  • Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal license for that state.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $91,400.00 - $186,900.00 per year. The wage range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
