Senior Audit Manager - Asset Management

The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services, accounting guidance, and consulting on applying accounting principles. Professionals in this team demonstrate deep specialization, understanding market and business challenges clients face, and are dedicated to audit quality. Audit & Assurance is one of the largest practices at Crowe.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships across a variety of clients to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Lead multiple engagement teams and provide performance feedback to team members at the conclusion of engagements.
- Anticipate and address client concerns, resolving problems as they arise.
- Promote new ideas and business solutions that extend services to existing clients, fostering creativity and expertise.
- Stay current with the latest developments in accounting standards, firm policies, and industry trends affecting clients' competitive positions.
- Supervise and instruct engagement team members on completing assigned tasks.
- Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, acting ethically and with integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
- Experience in external audit working with Private Equity, funds, and Fintech clients.
- Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting/auditing skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, staff at all levels, and colleagues.
- Proven ability to multi-task, including planning, executing, and wrapping up multiple engagements concurrently.
- Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal license for that state.
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $120,900.00 - $254,900.00 per year. The wage range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
