About the Team

The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Audit & Assurance professionals demonstrate deep specialization through an understanding of the market and business challenges their clients face and a dedication to audit quality. This role is within the Asset Management industry vertical.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
• Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback to all members of those teams at the conclusion of engagements.
• Anticipate and address client concerns, resolving problems as they arise.
• Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
• Stay current with the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
• Monitor industry developments and their effects on clients' competitive positions.
• Supervise engagement team members and instruct them on completing assigned tasks.
• Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, acting ethically and with integrity at all times.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience in external audit working with Private Equity, funds, and Fintech clients.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues.
• Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on task completion.
• Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal license for that state.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,900.00 - $254,900.00 per year, taking into account skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
