Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
- Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
- Anticipate and address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise.
- Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
- Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
- Stay updated on industry developments and their effects on clients' competitive positions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
- Experience in external audit working with Private Equity, funds, and Fintech clients.
- Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with clients and manage multiple engagements and teams.
- Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks.
- Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to obtain a reciprocal license for that state.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

- Experience in the Asset Management industry vertical.
- Knowledge of Crowe's audit, tax, and consulting services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

$120,900.00 - $254,900.00 per year
