Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
  • Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
  • Anticipate and address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise.
  • Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
  • Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and their effects on clients' competitive positions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
  • Experience in external audit working with Private Equity, funds, and Fintech clients.
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with clients and manage multiple engagements and teams.
  • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks.
  • Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to obtain a reciprocal license for that state.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Asset Management industry vertical.
  • Knowledge of Crowe's audit, tax, and consulting services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

Pay

$120,900.00 - $254,900.00 per year
