Senior Attorney (PI Litigation)

About the role

The Senior Attorney will lead high-value personal injury litigation matters focusing on serious cases such as wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead trials, depositions, and case strategy
• Review and oversee pleadings, motions, and legal filings
• Represent clients in complex personal injury matters
• Drive cases toward strong settlements and verdicts
• Manage and mentor a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation and trial experience
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
• Proven ability to manage cases and lead a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment in complex situations
