Responsibilities
- Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda
- Review and draft discovery responses
- Analyze discovery materials to shape case strategy
- Prepare outlines for depositions
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience
- Proven experience drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
