For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Attorney specializing in Litigation (Class Action) to join their team. This role focuses on leading legal initiatives, shaping case strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda
- Review and draft responses to discovery requests
- Analyze discovery documents to shape case strategy
- Prepare deposition outlines and related materials
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience
- Proficient in drafting briefs, motions, and discovery documents
- Must be admitted to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction
