Responsibilities

  • Drafting briefs, motions and memoranda
  • Reviewing and drafting discovery responses
  • Analyzing discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting
  • Preparing deposition outlines

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience
  • Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery and summary judgment motions
  • Admission in the bar for the jurisdiction in which you are applying

Qualifications

Pay

The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $235,000 - $400,000 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.

Schedule

The firm offers a hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home.
