Senior Associate, Virtual Construction

Responsibilities

• Create federated coordination models and lead BIM coordination with subcontractor partners, design teams, and clients.
• Ensure timely conflict resolution and guide partners through the process professionally.
• Perform reality capture services including laser scanning (terrestrial and SLAM), drone, and 360-degree ground image capture.
• Maintain and update 4D schedules, collaborate with on-site operations and scheduling teams, and produce animations for site logistics and sequencing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of practical experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years of specific BIM/VDC process experience.
• Proficient in construction documents, shop drawings, and design communication tools.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, CM Builder, Synchro Pro, Adobe CC, Bluebeam, P6, and Microsoft Office.
• Laser scanning experience with either terrestrial or SLAM scanning is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current BIM tools and VDC processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to implement virtual construction strategies on complex commercial projects.
• Passion for learning and adopting new technology.
