Senior Associate - Contractor

Role Responsibilities

• Lead analytical thought process and delivery on projects
• Provide guidance to junior team members
• Identify value creation areas and evaluate predictive models & algorithms
• Pressure test approaches and be responsible for quality control
• Own client communication and project delivery
• Liaise with client team members and make presentations to them
• Be the “go-to” person for one/more projects
• Drive growth of people and of the firm
• Be involved in hiring activities, lead internal R&D projects
• Identify internal innovation areas

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology or/ and Graduate with MBA, preferably with a specialization in Analytics, Data Science from a top institute/ university
• Skills and Competencies: Skilled in Tableau, Power Bi, SQL, Python, R (open-source language), SAS etc.
• Involved in Recruitment drives, L&D, Knowledge share initiatives within the organization and contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Demonstrate ability to manage/interact with global stakeholders (Internal & external)
