Senior Associate, Treasury, Capital Management

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and communicate use of balance sheet limits with relevant investment teams; proactively identify potential opportunities for more efficient uses of capital.
• Lead operational initiatives including management of credit facilities associated with working capital needs for investment purposes and cash forecasting.
• Evaluate the current structure of liquidity solutions and help drive new or improved solutions in partnership with relevant internal/external constituents.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly materials to senior management on balance sheet activities, capital approvals and performance of deployed capital.
• Work closely with investment teams to understand capital and balance sheet needs for both current funds as well as future opportunities.
• Strategic prioritization of initiatives and ability to identify potential third party capital or structural alternatives.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve balance sheet efficiency with a goal to increase capital recycling to support company growth initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with other Treasury verticals to help drive forward team initiatives in addition to broader company goals.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $95,000- $115,000 USD (also includes additional incentive programs)
