Senior Associate Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Associate Technical Account Manager assists clients in leveraging Publica's product to its fullest potential, troubleshoots unexpected behavior, and serves as the liaison between end-users and internal product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in maximizing the use of Publica's product
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client issues
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Author clear technical documentation for client self-service
  • Ensure clients' inventory is maximized through the use of Publica's OTT Header Bidding solution

Requirements

  • Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing technical role
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate and explain complex technical concepts
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and authoring technical documentation
  • Preferred background in programmatic advertising technology

Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like MySQL, Amazon Athena, or Databricks
  • Experience with tools like OpenRTB, server-side ad insertion, and video/display ad serving

Skills

  • Technical expertise in programmatic advertising and CTV ecosystem
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Benefits

Pay

The annualized base salary range for the primary location is $59,500.00 - $102,000.00. Additional locations may have different ranges.
