Senior Associate Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Associate Technical Account Manager will assist clients in leveraging Publica’s product to its fullest potential, troubleshoot unexpected behavior, and serve as the liaison between end-users and internal product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in maximizing the use of Publica’s product
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client issues
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Author clear technical documentation for client self-service
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to resolve client issues

Requirements

• Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing technical role
• Strong communication skills, able to translate and explain complex technical concepts
• Proficiency in SQL for data investigation, experience with MySQL, Amazon Athena, or Databricks
• Competence in Excel for data manipulation, visualization, and client reporting
• Able to write clear technical documentation for client self-service
• Preferred background in programmatic advertising technology (OpenRTB, server-side ad insertion, video/display ad serving)

Qualifications

• Experience with Over-the-top (OTT) Header Bidding solutions
• Understanding of the CTV ecosystem
• Ability to run unified auctions between SSPs and publisher-owned direct sales
• Knowledge of AI-based creative enrichment, inventory pricing tools, and contextual management solutions
• Experience with best-in-class monetization for publishers without compromising brand safety or user experience

Skills

• Technical expertise in programmatic advertising
• SQL proficiency for data investigation
• Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts

Pay

Annualized base salary range: $59,500.00 - $102,000.00 for the primary location, and additional locations may vary.
