Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, managing relationships and contract fulfillment
- Partner with sales teams to understand opportunities and ensure successful implementation timelines
- Hold regular discussions with accounts to balance proactive and reactive engagement and build trust
- Cook up multiple projects to align with overall strategy and ensure successful implementation
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to anticipate customer needs and drive their success
- Conduct regular service and technology reviews with customers and stakeholders
- Mentor and provide leadership within the team, focusing on process improvements and escalations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of customer account relationship management experience
- 5+ years in Enterprise Account Relationship Management including program or project management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-Level and operational stakeholders
- Technical problem resolution skills in Contact Center and Telecommunications domains
- Proficient in risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer site visits and company meetings

Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
