Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, managing relationships and contract fulfillment
  • Partner with sales teams to understand opportunities and ensure successful implementation timelines
  • Hold regular discussions with accounts to balance proactive and reactive engagement and build trust
  • Cook up multiple projects to align with overall strategy and ensure successful implementation
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge to anticipate customer needs and drive their success
  • Conduct regular service and technology reviews with customers and stakeholders
  • Mentor and provide leadership within the team, focusing on process improvements and escalations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of customer account relationship management experience
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Account Relationship Management including program or project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-Level and operational stakeholders
  • Technical problem resolution skills in Contact Center and Telecommunications domains
  • Proficient in risk identification and mitigation strategies
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer site visits and company meetings

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
