For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $155,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Manage high-spend global accounts and consult on multi-product integration strategies Optimize operational readiness and delivery frameworks for proactive team engagement Advocate for customer needs while balancing internal priorities to sustain partnerships Support the development of AI-driven tools and provide feedback for alignment with standards Serve as Cluster Lead, mentoring peers, and facilitating critical problem-solving during escalations Enhance team-wide efficiency through leading internal programs and maintaining technical consistency Represent the company at events and influence cross-functional teams to improve customer experience Qualifications 7+ years in customer-facing roles like Technical Account Management or Customer Success, managing complex accounts Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity, specifically Zero Trust architectures and secure cloud deployments Experience with AI productivity tools to enhance operational processes and customer reporting Expertise in Identity Management, Access Management, and Federation across multi-vendor environments Ability to translate intricate business needs into technical strategies for executive presentation Strong mentorship capabilities and a history of fostering peer development Proven skills in handling sensitive issues under pressure with high-level stakeholders Benefits Generous PTO & Holiday Schedule Parental Leave Progressive Healthcare Options Retirement Programs Opportunity for Education Reimbursement Commuter Offset (Specific locations) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
