Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise growth strategy and long-range planning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, customer shifts, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assess business units to identify opportunities for growth, profitability improvement, and strategic pivots.
  • Prepare executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership, Investment Committees, and the Board.
  • Drive and execute high-priority strategic initiatives with business leaders.
  • Evaluate acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities aligned with Stagwell’s strategic priorities.
  • Lead financial, operational, market, and strategic diligence for potential transactions.
  • Develop valuation analyses, investment theses, business cases, and executive recommendations.
  • Execute negotiation strategy alongside internal and external advisors.
  • Partner with finance, legal, tax, and business leaders through transaction execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory, or related fields.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience evaluating acquisitions, investments, partnerships, or transformation initiatives.
  • Prioritize and present business recommendations effectively.

Compensation

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target total compensation for this role is $175,000 - $200,000 with significant bonus potential. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
