Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs and opportunities
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent development or HR
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with performance management systems
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
