Senior Associate, Investment Strategy

Responsibilities

• Manage the homebuilding process from start to finish using artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Address project management and communication issues, procurement and sourcing mistakes, insurance and permitting dependencies
• Improve the customer experience through digital transformation
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers to deliver high-quality homes
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of homebuilding processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Design, Technology, or a related field
• Experience in homebuilding, construction, or related fields
• Strong understanding of project management, communication, and technology
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools
