About the Role
The Senior Associate - Strategy and Operations supports the Go-To-Market (GTM) Growth team by designing and implementing strategies to increase merchant volume in new business lines. This position is critical for driving business expansion through data analysis, process development, and cross-functional collaboration, ultimately enhancing merchant acquisition and retention while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement playbooks, models, and processes to accelerate new business growth
- Collaborate across business development, account management, logistics, and operations teams to scale initiatives
- Prioritize partner needs based on impact and design solutions balancing speed and quality
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform business strategy and identify opportunities
Requirements
- Proven ability to organize and execute multiple work streams with urgency and ownership
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
- Detail-oriented with emphasis on process adherence and documentation
- Experience in eCommerce and/or logistics sectors
- Curiosity and critical thinking to challenge existing practices
Pay
The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $87,000 to $128,000 USD. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
