DoorDash Drive is our company's hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the United States, Canada, and Australia. The GTM (Go-To-Market) Growth team is focused on getting merchants launched quickly and efficiently, setting both parties up for long-term success. The business line you’ll be supporting is fast-growing, fast-paced, and obsessed with efficiency.

About the Role

You will help design the playbook for measuring and growing new Merchants' volume for one of our newest business lines. You will quickly become an expert on our product, operations, and Merchants. You will be at the forefront of expansion, building models, creating documents, and implementing processes to win deals, increase wallet share, and ensure our Merchants have a great customer experience. You will perform comprehensive analysis and make insightful recommendations about our business strategy with the ultimate goal of helping DoorDash disrupt a new industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build structure around undefined opportunities by creating and implementing high-impact playbooks, models, processes, and tools to grow new business more quickly and effectively.
  • Influence cross-functional teams, including business development, account management, logistics, and operations, to rapidly scale new business.
  • Prioritize the needs of our partners by impact, assess tradeoffs, and design solutions to drive both speed and quality outcomes.
  • Analyze key problems with a data-driven, first-principles approach (identification, sizing, pricing, impact, root causing, trade-offs).

Requirements

  • Act with urgency and take ownership; quickly address the most important issues and drive multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams.
  • Organized with an appreciation for process and thorough documentation.
  • Previous experience working in eCommerce and/or logistics.
  • Curious about the business and how things work; ask great questions and challenge the status quo.

Pay

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado, is $87,000—$128,000 USD. Actual compensation will be decided based on factors including skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g., about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g., about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
