Senior Associate – Strategy, AI & Digital Transformation

About the role

We're seeking a high-caliber Senior Associate with a strong strategy consulting background to support digital, AI, and technology transformation initiatives for a confidential Atlanta-based Utility & Energy client.

Top Screening Priorities

• Big 4 / Top-Tier Consulting: PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Booz Allen Hamilton, or Oliver Wyman
• AI / Digital Transformation: Required ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve or transform business processes
• Financial Modeling: Excellent Excel skills and experience building financial models/business cases
• Client Workshops: Proven ability to prepare, facilitate, and run client workshops
• Strategy Consulting: Strong consulting toolkit, structured problem-solving, and analytical frameworks
• Client-Ready Materials: Ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations and executive-level deliverables
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills

Qualifications

• Located in the Atlanta metro area
• Energy / Utilities experience is a plus, but not required
• IT and technology transformation experience is also highly desirable
